BLK LUV is built on the Nostr protocol and may use third‑party Blossom media servers, Nostr relays, and other decentralised infrastructure. When you publish content, your public key and messages are broadcast to Nostr relays that you or the Service connect to. These relays are operated by independent third parties and may be located anywhere in the world. We do not control these third‑party relays or servers. Information you publish on the Nostr network becomes publicly accessible and may be replicated indefinitely. You should exercise caution before publishing sensitive personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your User Content as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your content from our own databases, but copies may remain on third‑party Nostr relays beyond our control.
